There are some of them that we use for fun, for staying in touch with other people etc. There are also some of them that can make your life so much more organized. Apps for organization can save time, money and headaches. We all have many obligations these days and some apps are exactly what we need to help us keep track of them and save us some valuable time.

DropBox

This is one of the most popular apps today. It gives you a certain amount of storage space on the cloud, which you can use like it is inside your PC or Mac. When register for a DropBox account, you get 2GB of storage for free which you can use however you want.

If you ever need more space, you can upgrade to a premium account and have up to 1TB of your own storage space. This is great if you have a ton of data to bring from home to work and vice versa.

reQall

reQall is an app that is used for reminding you of what you have to do and where you need to be. It is hard even to imagine how this app cannot make your life easier. How many times did you forget to pick up dry cleaning or buy groceries?

Not only that this app reminds you what you have to do, but it tells you when you are close to a dry cleaners or a market, so you don’t lose too much time getting there. reQall will know when you are close to a desired location, thus minimizing the chances of forgetting your responsibilities.

Speaktoit is a personal assistant who will do all the web searching, calling and message sending for you. You will save a ton of time by not having to do it by yourself. Simply tell the app what you need and the magic will happen. Speaktoit can also give you recommendations that will best fit your schedule and save you some time. This is pretty much like talking to Siri, only this Siri got promoted and now works like your personal assistant.

Microsoft Excel

Even though it was developed a long time ago, Excel is still something that helps us organize much better on a daily basis. With all the formulas, graphic tools and other options, it can be of great help. Many companies use it for tracking their expenses. Similarly, many people use it for keeping track of their bills. You can try and see how it will help you when it is time for paying all the bills and tracking all of your other expenses. Excel can be quite challenging so you should consider taking up a few classes before you start using it regularly. Excel courses by Tp3, for example, can be extremely helpful in this endeavor and will make you a master user.
